KyivExpoPlaza is a state-of-the-art exhibition center in Kyiv, Ukraine. It defines its position as an exhibition center which does not independently hold exhibitions, but rather provides comfortable and effective exhibition sites for organizers. Our mission is to be the gateway to the fastest growing economy in Europe.
KyivExpoPlaza is a member of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, the Exhibition Federation of Ukraine, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.
KyivExpoPlaza Exhibition Center has a modern infrastructure: three exhibition halls with total space of 28,000 sq. m, parking for 1,560 cars, a fast food restaurant, conference halls, storage facilities, a bank branch office, and ATM (Automated Teller Machine), as well as various facilities for disabled people.
All exhibition halls have several entrances that allow different exhibitions to be held simultaneously or thematic arrangement of a large exhibition into specialized expositions with their own entrances. Each entrance also has its own loading gates for direct delivery to the exhibition hall.
Annually, up to 100 national and international exhibitions are held at KyivExpoPlaza, in which up to 10 000 companies take part as exhibitors (including 2 000 foreign companies) from 60 countries. The exhibitions are visited by more than 600,000 people. More than 10 leading trade show organizers from Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Turkey, etc. carry out their exhibitions here. The leading Ukrainian exhibition organizers — Kyiv International Contract Fair JSC and Euroindex Ltd., have been holding their events at KyivExpopLaza from the very first days of its foundation. More than half Ukrainian UFI certificated exhibitions take place here.
Along with exhibitions, many corporate events, catering for between 50 and 15,000 persons, are held at KyivExpoPlaza. There is permanent demand for international conventions, conferences, forums, music festivals, sporting events, and corporate celebrations.
